We cleared an area in our back garden for three raised beds by hand to ensure that we didn't injure any drowsy critters. We carefully relocated all to the wild and weedy woolly patch (er, hum ... The Garden).
Total critter count:
- 7 toadlets (bufo bufo)
- 2 smooth newts (lissotriton vulgaris)
- 1 common frog (rana temporaria)
